I have really been looking into this and read all reviews, and “How to use”. I learned this is POST WHITENING to help with the yellow in the teeth. I did do whitening with other methods, then decided to go for the it, which works amazingly! Then add this product for a quick brush and I immediately notice the difference. Hope this helps, I have read reviews where people are using this alone which will not be as effective.
